With any residential property there are four areas where you can make savings:

• Energy Source (electricty, gas, solar etc)
• Energy Systems (boilers etc)
• System Controls (timers, thermostats etc)
• Building Fabric (insulation, windows, air tightness etc)

 Our approach is holistic, and looks at all of these areas, as opposed to just one. To this end not only can we recommend which upgrades you can make, but also, which energy supplier has the best rates, and what innovative techniques are coming onto the market to reduce energy costs.

With our Energy Saving Survey we can undertake a survey for you which will outline to you:

•  all the potential upgrades you can make,
• their payback in terms of how much you can save
• produce a BER for you.
• identify where you can get grants for the installation 
• identify where you can get Personal Loans from certain lending institutions

 On average a home spends €2,000 p.a. on their energy bills and on average we can show you how to save 15% minimum so the report in essence pays for itself.

 In addition to the standard survey, you can also have a survey to include a Thermal Imaging report, which will allow you to see exactly where there are building fabric issues, and take remedial action by addressing specific problems.

With Thermal Imaging included in the report, the total cost to you comes to €450.
